Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients within the Hanover region, focusing on selling air and sea freight solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and client meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service for customer needs
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s growth in the Hanover market
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Previous experience in inside sales or junior sales roles within freight forwarding, logistics, or related sectors
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and goal-oriented approach
- Understanding of air and sea freight solutions is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate
- Fluency in German and English
