James began recruiting in the freight forwarding industry over 20 years ago, starting in Europe before expanding into the US market in 2013. With a background in Mergers and Acquisitions within global forwarding, he brings deep industry insight and commercial understanding to every search.
Lewis is a specialist freight forwarding recruiter supporting clients across the Northeast US and Texas. He recruits across all core forwarding functions, with a particular strength in project cargo. His focus is on helping clients build the teams needed to manage complex, high value moves with confidence.
Jamie leads Altius Talent’s recruitment for the Chicago USA market. With over 10 years’ experience recruiting freight forwarding talent globally he partners with clients across Chicago to deliver commercial operational and leadership hires with a focus on long term fit and performance. Jamie is trusted to deliver executive level hires on a confidential basis for privately owned PE backed and publicly listed freight forwarding businesses.
