The role involves coordinating ocean import shipments, managing documentation, communicating with carriers and customers, and ensuring timely delivery coordination.

Duties:

• Handle air / ocean import shipments A-Z
• Arrange deliveries and vendor coordination
• Communicate with overseas offices
• Solve problems before customers know they exist
• Billing, milestones, shipment control
