A well-established logistics and supply chain provider supporting cruise line operations is seeking a Cruise Operations Specialist to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced, global environment supporting vessel logistics and time-critical shipments.

Job Overview:

The Cruise Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and supplies for cruise vessels, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and seamless communication between warehouses, transportation providers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming pick orders and liaise with warehouse teams and customers

• Arrange domestic transportation across the United States

• Provide daily updates to customers on pending and completed pick orders

• Coordinate inbound ocean and air shipments, including liaising with customs brokers to file ISF and schedule pickups

• Monitor inventory levels across U.S. distribution centers and update customers accordingly

• Work closely with internal departments including operations, documentation, accounting, and compliance

• Ensure time-sensitive deliveries align with cruise vessel schedules and port operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in the logistics industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• DG (Dangerous Goods) certification preferred

• Experience with CargoWise system preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
