Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.

Understand clients’ logistics requirements and provide tailored solutions across air, sea, and road freight.

Negotiate rates, contracts, and service level agreements to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and proactively expand services.

Collaborate closely with operations, documentation, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management.

Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service and long-term partnerships.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.

Proven experience managing key accounts and building strong client relationships.
-
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-
Commercially minded with a results-driven approach.
-
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a plus.

Ability to travel occasionally for client visits and industry events.
