Strategic Account Manager
Position Overview
The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the retention, growth, and commercial development of key enterprise accounts. This role serves as the primary relationship owner for designated clients, ensuring contractual performance, revenue expansion, and long-term partnership stability. The position requires strong commercial acumen, structured account planning, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, accountable for revenue, margin, and retention targets.

Develop and execute formal account plans aligned to client objectives and internal growth strategy.

Maintain senior-level relationships across procurement, operations, and executive leadership.

Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase share of wallet.

Lead commercial negotiations including pricing reviews, contract renewals, and service scope adjustments.

Monitor service performance in collaboration with operations, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.

Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide structured reporting on financial and operational metrics.

Mitigate risk through proactive issue resolution and escalation management.
Required Experience
