Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, including air, ocean, and ground services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored logistics solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and consultative selling.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of international logistics, supply chain management, and freight forwarding processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
