Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multimodal logistics projects involving heavy lift, oversize cargo, breakbulk, and engineered transport solutions. This role is responsible for full lifecycle project execution across global supply chains, supporting EPC, energy, infrastructure, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.

The successful candidate will manage high-value, technically complex shipments requiring detailed planning, risk mitigation, carrier coordination, compliance oversight, and direct client engagement. This is a commercially visible position requiring strong operational control, stakeholder management, and cost accountability.

Core Focus Areas

• Global project logistics execution across ocean freight, air freight, inland transport, rail, barge, and heavy haul
• Oversized and out-of-gauge cargo transport planning
• Heavy lift and breakbulk operations
• Route surveys, method statements, and engineered transport planning
• Vendor and carrier procurement and negotiation
• Budget control, cost tracking, and margin management
• International customs and regulatory compliance
• Client-facing project reporting and communication
• Risk assessment and contingency planning
• Cross-functional coordination with operations, engineering, and commercial teams

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project logistics, heavy lift freight forwarding, or EPC transport management
• Demonstrated experience managing multimodal freight projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of breakbulk, OOG cargo, chartering, and complex routing
• Experience supporting energy, oil and gas, renewables, infrastructure, or industrial accounts preferred
• Commercial awareness including quoting, budgeting, and margin control
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent logistics projects under tight deadlines
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with clients, vendors, and senior leadership
