International Freight Forwarding – Semiconductor Focus

Altius Talent is partnering with a well-established international freight forwarder that is investing heavily in its U.S. semiconductor vertical. They are now looking to appoint a high-calibre Senior Business Development Manager on a fully remote basis across the United States.
This is a pure hunting role suited to a commercially driven operator who knows how to penetrate the semiconductor and advanced electronics space and build a sustainable international air and ocean pipeline.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for driving net-new business across international air and ocean freight, targeting semiconductor manufacturers, chip designers, electronics OEMs, and high-value technology shippers across the U.S.
The focus is firmly on new logo acquisition, strategic relationship development, and long-term account growth within complex, high-value supply chains.
This is not an account management position. It is built for a true hunter.
What we are looking for

Minimum 5 years of sales experience within international freight forwarding

Proven success selling air and ocean freight solutions

Demonstrated track record of winning net new business

Experience selling direct to semiconductor and advanced electronics shippers

Strong commercial mindset and disciplined pipeline management

Comfortable operating in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment

Able to cover the U.S. market nationally
