Altius Talent is partnering with a forward-thinking international freight forwarder that is strengthening its Southeast commercial team. They are now looking to appoint a high-calibre Senior Sales Executive in Atlanta.
This is a pure hunting role suited to a commercially driven operator who knows how to open doors, win new business, and build a sustainable international air and ocean pipeline.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for driving new business across international air and ocean freight, with a clear focus on net-new revenue generation. You will target importers and exporters across the Southeast, develop strategic relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term trading accounts.
This is not an account management position. It is built for a true hunter.
What we are looking for

Minimum 5 years of sales experience within international freight forwarding

Proven success selling air and ocean freight solutions

Demonstrated track record of winning net new business

Strong commercial mindset and disciplined pipeline management

Proven experience sellingĀ direct to shippers (importers and exporters)

Based in or able to effectively cover the Atlanta market
