About the Role

You’ll be responsible for developing new business across the Midwest market, focusing on air and ocean freight, as well as integrated supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the Midwest region

Prospect, qualify, and onboard new freight forwarding customers (air, ocean, warehousing, customs)

Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing

Partner with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain strong industry awareness within key verticals and regional trade lanes
Candidate Requirements

3+ years of freight forwarding sales experience (air & ocean)

Proven track record of new business development and closing accounts

Strong understanding of global logistics, NVOCC operations, and international trade

Midwest-based with established regional market knowledge

Self-motivated, consultative, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
