Position: Domestic Sales Executive
Location: United States (Remote or Office-Based)

Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Domestic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth within the U.S. transportation and logistics market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business across full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), intermodal, and expedited ground services, while maintaining strong client relationships to ensure consistent growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across domestic transportation modes including FTL, LTL, intermodal, and expedited ground.

  • Develop a structured pipeline of target customers through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic account mapping.

  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements in line with company margin targets and operational capabilities.

  • Collaborate with pricing, operations, and customer service teams to deliver customized logistics solutions and seamless execution.

  • Manage and expand existing accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Conduct regular business reviews to monitor performance, identify growth potential, and optimize service delivery.

  • Track activity and performance metrics using CRM systems, maintaining accurate and current sales records.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to build brand awareness and trust.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of domestic freight sales experience within a U.S. transportation, 3PL, or freight forwarding environment.

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding annual GP or revenue targets.

  • Strong understanding of domestic transport operations, rate structures, and carrier networks.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred

  • Existing customer relationships or an active book of business within domestic freight.

  • Experience across key verticals such as manufacturing, retail, automotive, and industrial goods.
