Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 + Commission + Benefits

Altius Talent is working with a well-established freight forwarder seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across International (Air & Ocean) and Domestic (FTL/LTL) services in the Atlanta market.

This is a key hire for the business, focused on developing new revenue streams while also managing and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development across Air, Ocean, and Domestic freight services
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and implementation
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the Atlanta market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with operations and pricing teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
• Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently meet/exceed GP and revenue targets
• Provide leadership/mentorship to junior sales team members where applicable

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience within freight forwarding/logistics sales
• Strong background across International Freight (Air & Ocean) alongside Domestic transport (FTL/LTL)
• Proven track record in new business development and account growth
• Commercially driven with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Existing customer network within the Southeast/Atlanta market is highly advantageous
