Air & Ocean Sales Executive – Atlanta, GA
Salary: Up to $110,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Altius Talent is partnering with a well-established international freight forwarder to recruit an experienced Air & Ocean Sales Executive for their growing Atlanta operation. The Role
You will be responsible for driving new business growth across the Atlanta market, selling international Airfreight, Ocean Freight, and supply chain solutions to importers and exporters across the region.
This role is focused on winning new business, developing long-term client relationships, and growing revenue within a key strategic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across Air & Ocean freight services
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects across Atlanta and surrounding areas
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and solution-based proposals
- Work closely with operations/pricing teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
- Manage and grow accounts post-win to maximise revenue opportunities
- Maintain CRM activity and accurate sales forecasting
Requirements
- Proven experience in freight forwarding sales (Air & Ocean)
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
- Existing network of import/export contacts in the Atlanta market preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
- Driven, ambitious, and career-focused mindset

- Base salary up to $110,000
