I’m currently partnering with a leading international freight forwarder that’s on the hunt for a motivated and commercially savvy Inside Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in freight, logistics, or transport who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving business growth – all from the inside!


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

  • Provide competitive freight quotes across air, sea, and road services

  • Follow up on sales leads, pricing requests, and quote conversions

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue

  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients

  • Track and report sales activity, pipeline updates, and performance metrics using CRM systems

  • Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure excellent customer satisfaction


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a freight forwarding or logistics sales environment (internal or external)

  • Strong understanding of the international shipping process, incoterms, and quoting procedures

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to hitting KPIs and sales targets

  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales tools

  • Collaborative mindset – able to work well with other departments and overseas agents
