I’m currently partnering with a leading international freight forwarder that’s on the hunt for a motivated and commercially savvy Inside Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in freight, logistics, or transport who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving business growth – all from the inside!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

Provide competitive freight quotes across air, sea, and road services

Follow up on sales leads, pricing requests, and quote conversions

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue

Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients

Track and report sales activity, pipeline updates, and performance metrics using CRM systems

Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a freight forwarding or logistics sales environment (internal or external)

Strong understanding of the international shipping process, incoterms, and quoting procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A proactive, self-motivated approach to hitting KPIs and sales targets

Comfortable working with CRM platforms and sales tools

Collaborative mindset – able to work well with other departments and overseas agents
