Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage European trade lanes, fostering strong relationships with key clients, carriers, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities within the European market and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for European shipments.
- Monitor trade lane performance, analyzing KPIs and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a focus on European trade lanes.
- Strong understanding of European market trends, customs regulations, and transportation networks.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
