Air Export Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international air export shipments from booking to flight departure

• Create and manage files in CargoWise One

• Prepare export documentation (HAWB/MAWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, SLI)

• Submit AES filings and ensure export compliance

• Arrange cargo pickup and warehouse handling

• Book freight with airlines and confirm flight schedules

• Send pre-alerts to overseas agents and customers

• Monitor cargo cutoff times and resolve delays or offloads

• Verify charges and prepare billing

• Maintain communication with customers, carriers, and partners
