Air Import Coordinator

Coordinate end-to-end handling of international air import shipments from pre-alert to final delivery

Receive and review pre-alerts from overseas agents and create shipment files in the operating system

Verify shipping documentation (MAWB/HAWB, commercial invoice, packing list, arrival notices) for accuracy and compliance

Track flights, monitor arrival status, and proactively manage delays or disruptions

Liaise with airlines, handling agents, warehouses, hauliers, and customs brokers to ensure timely cargo release

Arrange customs clearance and provide required documentation to brokerage teams

Organise final mile delivery and confirm proof of delivery (POD)

Communicate shipment status updates to customers and overseas partners

Resolve shipment discrepancies, damages, or missing documentation quickly

Ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations and company procedures

Calculate charges, verify costs, and prepare files for invoicing
