Logistics Coordinator – Air & Ocean Freight

Coordinate international air and ocean import and export shipments from booking through final delivery. Liaise with airlines, steamship lines, overseas agents, truckers, warehouses, and customs brokers to ensure compliant, on time movement of cargo.

Prepare and verify HAWB, MAWB, HBL, MBL, commercial invoices, packing lists, and ISF submissions where required. Monitor shipment milestones, manage exceptions, and provide clear, proactive updates to customers. Ensure accurate billing, cost control, and system entries within CargoWise or similar freight forwarding platforms.

Requirements

• 2+ years in international freight forwarding, air and ocean

• Practical knowledge of import and export documentation and compliance

• Experience managing FCL, LCL, and air freight shipments

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live files

• Commercial awareness and client service focus
