Salary: €58,000 - €65,000 (Depending on experience)

The Role:
As the Airfreight Export Team Lead, you will oversee the export operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of airfreight shipments. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.

The Role:
As the Airfreight Export Team Lead, you will oversee the export operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient handling of airfreight shipments. You’ll act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small team of airfreight export specialists
- Oversee end-to-end air export operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
- Handle key customer accounts and coordinate with airlines, handling agents, and customs
- Ensure compliance with international airfreight regulations and company policies
- Work with CargoWise to manage shipments and optimize processes
- Manage and monitor performance, KPIs, and team development
- Experience: Senior airfreight export operator ready for leadership OR current team lead
- System Skills: Experience with CargoWise is a must
- Language: Fluent German (spoken & written) is essential
- Regulatory Knowledge: DG training is a plus but not mandatory
- Mindset: Strong leadership potential, hands-on, team-oriented, and customer-focused
