A leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider is seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth in air, ocean, and road freight services across the Midwest region. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional with experience in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and grow accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in air, ocean, and road freight services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in supply chain and logistics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored freight solutions to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements to drive profitability.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive business development.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales or logistics business development.
  • Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and road freight services, including import/export regulations.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and expand existing accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the Midwest region for client meetings and industry events.
