A leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and grow its international freight forwarding services, including air and ocean freight, customs brokerage, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. This is a senior-level role for a dynamic, results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales strategy and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide customized logistics solutions.

  • Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in international logistics and freight forwarding.

  • Proven success in selling air, ocean, customs brokerage, and warehousing services.

  • Strong team management and mentorship abilities.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support the sales team and meet clients.
