Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and freight forwarding sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing customized logistics solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and high-quality service delivery for new clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our services.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify potential business prospects.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Manage a sales pipeline, tracking progress and generating regular reports to inform senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics solutions, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
