Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector, focusing on air, ocean, and land services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to offer competitive solutions.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and land transportation services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management is a plus.
