Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding sector, focusing on air, ocean, and land services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs and offering customized solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with prospective clients.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to offer competitive solutions.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and land transportation services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and sales opportunities.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management is a plus.
