Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file customs entries for ocean, air, and ground shipments in accordance with U.S. Customs and Partner Government Agency requirements.

Classify goods according to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and determine duty rates.

Communicate with customs brokers, importers, carriers, and government agencies as needed.

Ensure accurate and timely transmission of entries via ABI (Automated Broker Interface).

Track and monitor the release of shipments and resolve any issues related to holds or exams.

Verify documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading for accuracy.

Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for audit and compliance purposes.

Provide customer service support regarding customs clearance and shipment status.

Collaborate with internal teams including operations, compliance, and customer service.
