Ocean Import Operator
Location: Dallas, TX

Seeking an experienced Ocean Import Operator to manage end-to-end FCL and LCL import shipments while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate ocean import shipments from origin to final delivery.

• Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, customs brokers, and trucking providers.

• Prepare and process import documentation.

• Track shipments and proactively resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of ocean import freight forwarding experience.

• Knowledge of U.S. import procedures and documentation.

• Experience with CargoWise or a similar freight forwarding system preferred.

• Strong organisational and customer service skills.
