Seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business across Air, Ocean, Domestic Transportation, Customs Brokerage, and Warehousing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and win new freight forwarding business.

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.

• Conduct client meetings, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.

• Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of freight forwarding sales experience.

• Proven track record of winning new business.

• Strong knowledge of international logistics and supply chain solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
