Director of Customs Brokerage

• Lead the US customs brokerage operation and the team of entry writers and brokers.
• Own compliance with CBP regulations and reasonable care standards.
• Oversee entry filing through ABI/ACE, HTS classification, valuation and duty.
• Manage audits, protests, post-entry work and PGA filings such as FDA and USDA.
• Support sales and clients as the senior compliance authority, and grow brokerage volumes.

• You are a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) with at least 10 years in customs brokerage.
• You know CBP regulations, HTS classification, ISF, C-TPAT and PGA requirements in depth.
• You have led a brokerage team and owned compliance for an operation.
• You are familiar with ABI/ACE and brokerage software such as CargoWise.

• $140,000 to $180,000 base, plus bonus.
