Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Recruit and onboard top sales talent to strengthen the team’s capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets and align efforts with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Personally manage and close high-value sales opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in hiring, managing, and developing sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of air, ocean, and multimodal logistics solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
