Job Title: Regional Tender Manager, USA

Location: United States

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end tender, RFQ, and RFP process across Air, Ocean, Customs, and Contract Logistics services.

• Coordinate with sales, pricing, operations, and product teams to develop competitive customer solutions.

• Prepare, review, and submit high-quality, compliant tender responses within required deadlines.

• Analyse customer requirements, market trends, and commercial opportunities to maximise bid success.

• Maintain tender documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience within international freight forwarding and logistics.

• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and supply chain solutions.

• Proven experience managing RFQs, RFPs, and large customer tenders.

• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and project coordination skills.

• Experience with CargoWise and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
