Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: New York, NY
Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities and support the growth of existing customer accounts.

Qualify leads, conduct outbound prospecting, and schedule meetings for the commercial team.

Prepare quotations and collaborate with operations and pricing teams to deliver customer solutions.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and activity reports.

Build strong relationships with customers across Air, Ocean, Customs, and logistics services.
Requirements:

Experience within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain sales.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven ability to generate leads and support revenue growth.

Knowledge of international transportation and forwarding services.
-
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
