Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage shipments from origin to destination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage
- Prepare and process shipping documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Liaise with carriers, agents, and vendors to arrange bookings and resolve any service issues
- Communicate proactively with clients to provide shipment updates and address inquiries
- Monitor shipments and troubleshoot delays or exceptions as they arise
- Maintain accurate records within operational systems
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation and processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with freight management/operational software
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
