Position Overview

We are seeking an Export Operator with experience in air and/or ocean freight to join a fast-paced operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to export processes and be comfortable managing shipments from origin through to final delivery. Experience across both air and ocean exports is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end export shipments (air and/or ocean)
• Prepare and manage all required export documentation
• Liaise with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers
• Ensure compliance with all relevant export regulations and procedures
• Support pricing and quoting requests where required

Requirements

• Prior experience in export operations within freight forwarding
• Exposure to both air and ocean freight preferred
• Working knowledge of export documentation and compliance
• Experience using CargoWise is a strong advantage
• Ability to assist with or manage customer pricing/quotations is a plus
• Dangerous Goods (DG) certification is advantageous
