About the Role

This is a strategic sales role focused on developing new business across a wide range of verticals. You will leverage the company’s global infrastructure to win new customers, expand existing accounts, and position the brand as a go-to partner for integrated logistics. The role is well-suited for a dynamic salesperson who thrives in solution-based selling and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development plan targeting key trade lanes and industry sectors

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new accounts across air and ocean freight

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding and account management

  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience

  • Deliver against agreed revenue and margin targets


Candidate Requirements

  • 3+ years’ sales experience in freight forwarding (air and ocean focus preferred)

  • Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. import/export processes and international trade lanes

  • Established network within industries such as manufacturing, retail, or technology (a plus)

  • Based in California with the ability to travel within the region
