Manage international air import and export shipments from booking through final delivery. Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, truckers, and customs brokers to ensure on-time movement and compliant documentation. Prepare and verify AWBs, commercial invoices, packing lists, and routing instructions. Track cargo, provide shipment updates to customers, and resolve delays or discrepancies. Maintain accurate records within CargoWise or similar TMS systems.
Requirements

1–3+ years in air freight forwarding operations (import and export)

Working knowledge of air documentation and international compliance
