The Air Export Coordinator is responsible for managing the export of goods by air, ensuring compliance with regulations, timely delivery, and excellent customer service. This role involves preparing documentation, coordinating with carriers, customs, and customers, and ensuring the smooth handling of air export shipments from origin to destination.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and execute all air export shipments from booking to delivery.

Prepare and review export documentation including airway bills (AWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.

Communicate with customers, agents, airlines, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.

Ensure compliance with all international export regulations and company procedures.

Track and trace shipments, providing updates to customers and handling exceptions as needed.

Negotiate rates and schedules with airlines and carriers.

Handle billing and cost controls related to shipments.
