Built on reliability and responsiveness, the company is expanding its U.S. sales organization and now seeks a Sales Manager to drive new growth within international forwarding and 3PL services.
About the Role
This is a remote sales position focused on developing and maintaining relationships with shippers across diverse industries. The Sales Manager will identify new opportunities, nurture customer partnerships, and deliver tailored logistics solutions that combine international freight, customs, and domestic transportation.
The role offers flexibility, strong operational support, and the ability to represent a growing logistics provider with a proven record of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities across air, ocean, and domestic freight services.

Build and manage a consistent pipeline across target verticals and trade lanes.

Collaborate with pricing and operations to create competitive, customer-focused solutions.

Present full-service logistics offerings, including customs and warehousing capabilities.

Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and quoting to onboarding.

Maintain CRM records, revenue forecasts, and client activity reports.

Represent the company professionally in all customer and partner interactions.
Candidate Profile

Proven sales experience in international freight forwarding, NVOCC, or 3PL.

Strong knowledge of air and ocean freight, with exposure to domestic and customs operations.

Established network of importer/exporter or shipper contacts preferred.

Consultative sales approach with focus on long-term relationship development.

Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying closely aligned with internal teams.
