A leading name in international logistics and project forwarding is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join their expanding team in the Benelux region.

This is a unique opportunity to represent a globally respected freight forwarding organisation with deep expertise in industrial projects, heavy lift, breakbulk, and out-of-gauge logistics. With a strong global network and a solid operational backbone, this company delivers tailor-made solutions across key industries including energy, oil & gas, mining, and construction.


 Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow project logistics business across the Benelux, focusing on both new business acquisition and strategic account expansion.
  • Identify and engage with EPCs, industrial clients, OEMs, and engineering firms.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers, providing expert guidance on multimodal project transport solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, pricing, contract negotiation, and handover to operations.
  • Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry events across the region.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders including operations, engineering, and tender teams to deliver client solutions.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in project forwarding sales or complex industrial logistics (heavy lift, breakbulk, OOG).
  • Solid client network within industrial sectors (e.g. energy, infrastructure, EPCs).
  • Strong understanding of multimodal logistics – road, sea, and air – especially around complex cargo.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong hunter mentality.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch, French, or German would be a strong advantage.
  • Based in the Benelux region with willingness to travel frequently.
