Air & Sea Freight Sales Executive
Location: Stuttgart, Germany
Salary: Up to €80,000 fixed + bonus + company car
Altius is working on behalf of a leading midsized global freight forwarder to recruit an ambitious and driven Air & Sea Freight Sales Executive to join their team in Stuttgart.
This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a respected name in international logistics, covering the Baden-Württemberg region. The role will focus on developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing client relationships across both air and sea freight services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Baden-Württemberg region
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
- Develop tailored freight solutions in line with customer requirements
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to overall branch growth
Requirements:
- Proven sales track record within the freight forwarding industry (Air & Sea Freight)
- Strong knowledge of import/export processes and international trade regulations
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Based within or willing to travel across Baden-Württemberg
- Full driving licence
- Fluent in both German & English
Package:
- Fixed salary up to €80,000 per year
