About the Role
This is a senior leadership role focused on driving sales growth across the Pacific Northwest. As Sales Director, you’ll lead business development efforts out of the Seattle office, overseeing a team while also managing key client relationships and strategic growth initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping regional strategy, supporting the sales team’s development, and contributing directly to top-line revenue through your own sales pipeline.

Lead, coach, and grow a team of freight forwarding sales professionals

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Seattle market

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across air, ocean, and domestic freight

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics

Proven track record in both team leadership and individual business development

Strong understanding of air, ocean, and ground freight services

Ability to develop high-level customer relationships across multiple verticals

Must be based in or near the Seattle metro area
