Regional Sales Manager – Air & Ocean Freight
Location: Munich, Germany (covering Bavaria region)
Salary: Up to €85,000 per annum + Bonus + Company Car

This role will focus on winning new business and growing existing accounts across both air and ocean freight, leveraging the company’s strong global network and service offering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market share in the Bavaria region.
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across air and ocean freight.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in freight forwarding sales, covering both air and ocean freight.
- Strong knowledge of the Bavarian market and established customer network.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken) essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as required.
- Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
