Regional Sales Manager – Air & Sea Freight
Salary: Up to €90,000 + Company Car + Bonus
Altius Talent is proud to be partnering with a midsized global freight forwarder in the search for a driven Regional Sales Manager to cover the North Rhine-Westphalia region. You’ll be based out of the Dusseldorf branch only reporting in as and when required. This is a pure hunter role focused on driving new business across air and sea freight services, targeting a wide range of general cargo accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business across the NRW region
- Actively identify and pursue prospective clients in air and sea freight forwarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through direct outreach and networking
- Collaborate with internal operational teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
- Prepare and deliver client proposals, pricing, and contractual agreements
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B freight forwarding sales, ideally within the NRW region
- Strong background in both air and sea freight
- True hunter mentality – confident in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals
- Able to work independently while coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Valid driver's license
