Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of project cargo, heavy lift, and specialised freight forwarding operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee transportation, customs, warehousing, and multimodal logistics activities.
• Provide regular reporting, stakeholder communication, and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience managing complex projects within international freight forwarding or project logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, heavy lift, breakbulk, and multimodal transportation.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships, timelines, and commercial objectives.
• Experience with CargoWise, ERP/TMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
