Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily Air, Ocean, Customs, and domestic transportation operations.
• Oversee import and export teams to ensure service excellence, compliance, and profitability.
• Develop operational processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, vendors, and overseas partners.
• Support business growth through effective resource planning, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leadership experience within international freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, customs processes, and multimodal transportation.
• Experience managing teams, budgets, and operational performance metrics.
• Proficiency with CargoWise and other freight management systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
