High-level Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This is a key hire for a client known for delivering exceptional, white-glove service to premium and project-based accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of VIP clients and key project accounts.

Deliver accurate and timely pricing and quotations in coordination with sales and pricing teams.

Closely monitor all shipment stages — from booking to final delivery — ensuring proactive communication and updates.

Address and resolve service issues or delays swiftly, escalating complex matters as needed.

Liaise across departments (operations, customs, sales, finance) to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Maintain clear, professional communication across email, phone, and internal systems (CRM).

Track KPIs and prepare client-specific performance reports when required.

Take full ownership of each file — from start to finish — providing a hands-on, detail-driven approach to service.
Candidate Profile:

3–5 years of experience in international freight forwarding or logistics customer service/operations.

Strong understanding of multimodal transport (air, ocean, and ground; import/export).

Proven ability to manage high-touch or VIP client accounts is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset.

Problem-solving orientation and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude.

Proficient in logistics systems, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
