Known for service excellence, innovative logistics solutions, and a robust airfreight network, the company is now looking to strengthen its global sales capabilities from its strategic hub in Frankfurt.

Role Summary:

As Global Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving airfreight sales strategy across international markets, identifying new commercial opportunities, and building long-term relationships with multinational clients. You will act as a key interface between operational teams and customers, ensuring tailored logistics solutions are delivered with commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead global airfreight sales initiatives and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert high-potential global and regional business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, shippers, and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (operations, pricing, trade lane development, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Represent the business at global trade shows, conferences, and customer visits.
  • Provide detailed market intelligence, competitor analysis, and forecasting reports to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global tender responses and pricing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in international freight forwarding sales, with a strong focus on airfreight.
  • Extensive commercial experience managing global or regional key accounts.
  • Deep understanding of airfreight operations, pricing structures, and capacity planning.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value, multi-country deals.
  • Fluent in English and German (additional languages advantageous).
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
