Core Industry Experience

• HTSUS Classification, CBP Regulations, Document Review, Bonds & Duties.
• Seamless integration across ocean, air, and an elite domestic intermodal network.
• ISF Filing (10+2), FDA Compliance, USDA Guidelines, FWS, and EPA Filings.
• Dedicated client management, proactive milestone tracking, and exception resolution.

What You’ll Handle

• Process and submit accurate US Customs entries in accordance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations for diverse import cargo.
• Review commercial invoices, bills of lading, and complex manifest data for completeness, verifying accuracy and proactively resolving data discrepancies.
• Execute precise HTS classification for a vast array of industrial, commercial, and consumer commodities.
• Manage timely, accurate Importer Security Filings (ISF 10+2) and ensure seamless synchronization with internal asset tracking.
• Submit required clearance and regulatory documentation to relevant Partner Government Agencies (PGAs) including FDA, USDA, FWS, and EPA.

About You

• 2+ years of hands-on entry writing experience within a high-volume customs brokerage or freight forwarding environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard brokerage and enterprise logistics software.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTSUS classification codes, and Partner Government Agencies (PGA).
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the communication skills required to interface confidently with enterprise clients and federal agencies.
