About the Role
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced Domestic Sales Director to drive growth and lead sales strategy within the U.S. market. You will be responsible for expanding customer accounts, developing new business pipelines, and mentoring a team of sales professionals focused on domestic transportation solutions. The role requires strong market knowledge, commercial acumen, and the ability to shape long-term sales performance while maintaining close relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

8+ years of proven sales leadership experience within U.S. domestic freight forwarding or transportation.

Strong understanding of domestic trucking, LTL, intermodal, and expedited solutions.

Established customer relationships across key U.S. industries.

Must be based in the Chicago metropolitan area with ability to travel regionally as needed.
