Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch shipments across multiple domestic lanes, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery.

• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to track shipments, provide updates, and resolve any in-transit issues.

• Manage daily schedules and routing, optimizing loads for cost efficiency and timely delivery.

• Monitor shipment statuses, proactively addressing delays, exceptions, or service disruptions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors to secure reliable service at competitive rates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and transportation regulations.
