About the Role
This is a strategic sales leadership position based out of the Seattle metro area. As Director of Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving regional revenue growth across domestic and international services—focusing on air, ocean, and ground transportation. You’ll manage a team of sales professionals, develop go-to-market strategies, and work closely with executive leadership to shape the commercial direction of the business. The role offers scope for long-term advancement within a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing sales team across multiple service lines

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and increase market share

Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to ensure service alignment and client satisfaction

Oversee major account development and personally manage key customer relationships

Analyze market trends, pipeline activity, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements

7+ years of experience in freight forwarding or 3PL sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

Strong understanding of domestic and international transportation, including air, ocean, and ground

Proven success in building and managing sales teams within a fast-paced logistics environment

Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on selling and team leadership

Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Seattle/Bellevue area
